Each participant fills out a survey prep form covering their most time-consuming tasks, most painful or repetitive processes, and anything they think AI could improve. Submissions will be reviewed and we will group similar use cases ahead of the event.

Opening session on why we're doing this and what good looks like. Teams of 2–3 formed cross-functionally. Each team reviews their prep pages, selects 1–2 use cases to tackle, and confirms their approach. Teams start to build their solution using approved AI tools, with coaches circulating throughout the day. Team dinner in the evening.

Teams continue to build their solution, with coaches circulating throughout the day. Final hour: each team presents (5 minutes max) — what problem they picked, what they built, what they learned. Teams who want to take it further can present more fully at the next Innovation Day.
